    Ask about Full Campaign

Your proposal confirms the final scope. Third-party expenses are separate. Series campaigns are quoted individually. An approach is an initial tailored message, not a guaranteed placement or sale.

The listed scope covers one book. Series and multi-title campaigns are quoted separately, with title coverage and reading order agreed in writing. Prices are starting points. The final scope, deliverables, and timeline for your book are confirmed in a written proposal before any work begins.

An initial approach means the first tailored message sent to one approved contact, not a guaranteed response or placement. Follow-ups do not count as new approaches. Undeliverable addresses are replaced within the agreed scope.

Timelines begin once the agreement, required payment, and book materials are in place. Approval delays may move delivery dates, which we confirm by email.

The service fee covers our strategy, outreach, and the services listed in your package. Advertising spend, platform and promotion fees, printing, review copies, postage, and any other third-party costs are separate and only incurred with your written approval. Ad spend is paid by you directly to the platform.

Services outside a package, such as a larger website, ongoing ad management, or additional titles, are quoted in the written proposal before any work begins.

What happens after you inquire

A clear path from first conversation to practical campaign work.

  1. 01

We review your book and goals

  2. 02

    You receive a written recommendation

  3. 03

Know exactly what you are paying for

Authors are right to be careful about who they pay. These are the commitments behind every engagement.

How to spot author-services scams
  • Everything in writing first

Scope, deliverables, timeline, and fee are confirmed in a written proposal. Work begins only after you approve it.

  • You approve every outreach list

Nothing is sent on your behalf until you have approved the contacts and the pitch wording.

  • You keep your accounts

We send recommendations and ready-to-use copy. You or your publisher make the changes in your own Amazon and Goodreads accounts.

  • Third-party costs stay separate

Advertising spend, promotion fees, printing, review copies, and postage are listed separately and only incurred with your written approval. You pay ad platforms directly from your own accounts.

  • Reports show everything

Your report lists who was contacted and what came back, including declines and non-responses.

Which services each package can include

Pricing questions

Why are prices shown as starting points?

Books differ in genre, timing, and the amount of outreach that makes sense. After your inquiry we confirm the scope, deliverables, timeline, and fee in a written proposal for you to approve.

What is not included in the fee?

Advertising spend, platform and promotion fees, printing, review copies, postage, and other third-party costs. You pay ad platforms directly, and nothing is spent without your written approval. Services beyond your package, such as a larger website, are quoted in the proposal.

Can I book a single service instead of a package?

Yes. Mention the service in your inquiry and we will tell you whether it can be scoped on its own for your book.

Let’s shape your next campaign

Send a short inquiry by email. We will reply with questions or an outline of how we could help, and any work begins only after you approve a written proposal.
